If you are having difficulty logging in, please follow the instructions below to reset your account password:

  1. Online Password Reset Procedure:
    1. Go to the Services login page https://services.rmc.ca
    2. Click on the link Forgot your password?
    3. Enter your email address and submit; an email from no-reply@rmc.ca will be sent to your known email address(es).
    4. Follow the instructions provided in the password reset email.
  2. Phone Password reset:
    1. If you were unable to proceed online, you must call our HelpDesk to reset your password (DO NOT email support@rmc.ca)
