- Click on the link Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and submit; an email from no-reply@rmc.ca will be sent to your known email address(es).
- Follow the instructions provided in the password reset email.
- Phone Password reset:
If you were unable to proceed online, you must call our HelpDesk to reset your password (DO NOT email support@rmc.ca)
